These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Vibe Scanner (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

This licence is governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the Standard EULA), available at: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

2. Subscription plans

Vibe Scanner offers the following In-App Purchase products:

Prices are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase in the App Store.

2.1 Free trial

New subscribers who have not previously held a Scanner Pro Monthly subscription are eligible for a 1-month free trial. The trial begins immediately upon confirmation and converts automatically to a paid monthly subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

2.2 Auto-renewal

Scanner Pro Monthly and Scanner Pro Yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Your Apple ID is charged at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.

2.3 Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel at any time in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access to Pro features until then.

2.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to process refunds directly.

2.5 Lifetime licence

The Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-refundable purchase that grants permanent access to all Pro features available at the time of purchase and all future Pro features added to the App.

3. Free tier

Core scanning, PDF export, AES-256 encryption, QR scanning, and other features listed in the App are available without a subscription. We reserve the right to adjust which features are included in the free tier with reasonable notice.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to circumvent the subscription system or any feature gate.

5. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding your content) are owned by Vibelife. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Your content

You own all documents, images, and text you create or scan using the App. We do not access, transmit, or claim any rights over your content. You are solely responsible for the documents you scan and store.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vibelife is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
